In memory of George, fifth son of John Dixon who died October 24th 1863 aged 20 years.
Also of John Dixon of Brampton Hall who died December 16th 1862 aged 62 years.
Also Mary Ann wife of the above John Dixon who departed this life March 6th 1879 aged 73 years.

John was born in Leicestershire, but census records later show him living with his family at Brampton Hall. He described himself as a landowner and farmer
